Iron County Clerk's Office

Marriage licenses are available from the County Clerk's Office at a cost of $75.
There is also a 5 day waiting period, which can be waived for an extra $10.
The following information is needed when applying for a marriage license:
 

  • Driver's License

  • Social Security Numbers
    		•
  • Birth Certificates
    		•
  • Copy of Divorce Decree, or
    		•
  • Death Certificate
    		•
